Ironbuild Systems Pvt Ltd offers a range of Ribbon Mixers. In a ribbon blender the powder moves from centre to the end of container and end of container to the centre of the container. Hence requirement of total mixing time is very less and the speed required is also very less. The dry material gets sufficient continuous movement due to the shape and movement of ribbon, and the shape of the container, which moves material for good quality of blending. The unit is consists of one electrical motor, one worm reduction gear, belt drive between motor and gear, couple drive between gear to (ribbon) mixing stirrer. The container is having four legs with discharge valve and top cover. Both ends of the mixing shaft are sealed with a bush and PTFE gland housing, and safety guards are provided on all moving parts.
