REFRIGERATED TYPE AIR DRYERS

Mellcon Engineers offer Refrigerated Type Dryers. It is a reliable and economical way of eliminating the moisture. In this system the air is cooled down to +2ºC and then moisture contents are separated out from it. The cooled air then cools the incoming air to the dryer through a heat exchanger and gets heated in return. Thus the air leaving the refrigerated air dryer will have a dew point of +2ºC to +4ºC at line pressure, which is equivalent to -18ºC to -22ºC at atmospheric pressure.
