Rapid Cure Liquid Epoxy Steels

Rio-India offers Rapid Cure Liquid Epoxy Steels. Following grades of rapid cure epoxy compounds in bulk and custom packs are available: 1) 1-minute super fast Epoxy Steel compound. Gels within 1-minute. 2) 1-minute instant fast Clear Epoxy liquid adhesive. 3) 5-minute Rapid Epoxy Steel compound. 4) 30-minute Epoxy Steel compound. 5) Metal-Concrete bonding rapid cure adhesive compounds. 6) Marine Epoxy adhesives. 7) 60-minute cure epoxy compound. 8) 4-hour slow cure epoxy compound. 9) 24-hour cure Standard Epoxy Adhesive. 10) Rapid Set Epoxy Chemical Anchors. Packing: 200 kgs. Drum (bulk) or in 50 kgs. HDPE carboys. Epoxy Resin Compound, Rion 100238-R, which is almost upto 10 times faster than normal unmodified epoxy resin, is also available separately. Adhesives formulated by this resin are much economical and do not have pungent odor and skinning as found in mercaptan based systems. Private labelling in carded blister-pack is available. Blister card pack will include our materials, base compound and curing agent, filled in 2 nos. Collapsible aluminum tubes. Private labelling in plastic bottles, syringes and dual cartridges are available.
