RADIO FREQUENCY INDUCTION TUBE WELDERS

Strayfield Heating offers Radio Frequency Induction Tube Welders. It is powered up to 1000 kW capacity operating in the frequency range of 250 to 500 kHz. The salient features are high speed welding, reliability maintenance, minimum maintenance, high quality and high efficiency, reduced power costs and consistent high quality welds. The design parameters ensure that all the components are adequately rated to increase, the reliability and extends product life. The cabinet is made of aluminium construction, to minimise panel losses. The filament voltage is supplied from the stains through high reactance and double wound filament transformer. The output is controlled by an automatic voltage regulator (AVR) to ensure longer life of oscillator valve and to facilitate accurate selling of filament voltage. The anode voltage is supplied through step start switching at the primary of HT transformer and through rectifiers in order to limit switching surges. The HT supply to the valve is provided through six-phase bridge rectifier and effective DC filter network to ensure ripple free voltage to valve anode. This ensures high quality welding without stitches. Thyristor power control can be provided as an optional item.The other product offered is contact welders.
