Spraying Systems Co, USA, manufactures Quickjet nozzles for installing and removing the spray tip in seconds with automatic alignment and without tools. This results in considerable saving in time during cleaning, replacement and maintenance of spray tips which is particularly suited for industrial washing, coating and cooling applications, and wherever fast, accurate and easy spray tip changing is important. The Quickjet Nozzle is a three-piece assembly consisting of nozzle body, Viton seals and spray tip. By a quarter twist turn of the hand, the spray tip can be removed or replaced. For example, it is possible for two workmen to remove a thousand Quickjet spray tips within five hours without any tools. This has resulted in dramatic cost savings where major installations have been retrofitted or equipped with Quickjet System.
