PVC Steel Wire Reinforced Hoses

Laxmi Plastic Industries offers PVC Steel Wire Reinforced Hoses. Features include: light in weight; does not kink if bent on its own radius; water proof and non-corroding; good aesthetic value; use of high tensile spring steel wire for reinforcement imparts strong crushing resistance; PVC coating of spring steel wire eliminates possibility of short circuits and prevents rusting; available in standard "grey" colour; and other colours available subject to sizable order quality. Medium duty hoses with steel wire reinforcement are useful for general purposes such as conducting and conveying gases. They are ideally used for electrical wire conduiting, connecting switchboards, busbars switchgears and panels. The hoses are produced in sizes of 10, 15, 25, 30, 40 and 50 mm and can be bent at the axis and ensure excellent flexibility. Heavy duty hoses with greater wall thickness along with steel wire reinforcement, are useful for connection of wiring when the hose is going to be subjected to rough handling. These hoses are ideally suited for making connections in machine tools and for dust extraction and exhaust. The hoses are available in sizes of 60, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175 and 200 mm. High tensile spring steel of 1.8 mm diameter is used for sizes over 100 mm giving the pipe extra strength.
