Fristam Pumps offers Pumps. It is offered with German technology. High efficiency, heavy duty premium pumps FP-700, FP-1000, FP-3500 are universal, gentle fluid handling, robust, low-maintenance, long service life, cost-effective centrifugal pumps, the optimal solution for all pumping problems. Design: a modern range of centrifugal pumps which is consistently aimed at the products and application problems of the users. All FP pumps are equipped with open impellers. This is the ideal design for use in hygienic applications. Specially selected stainless steel alloys and solid components with minimum wall thickness of 6 mm provide the ideal basis for problem free operation. The Fristam FP design principle guarantees high efficiency. The open impellers, combined with the flow-optimised pumping channel, ensure less re-circulation while guaranteeing the product is handled with the utmost care. Liquids to be pumped can contain air and gas, and may be homogenous or contain additives. Viscosities up to 1,200 mPas are no problem. Applications: excellent suction performance makes it possible to use these pumps even under unfavourable inlet condition. The high reliability and long service life of the mechanical seals are supported by the extremely low-vibration of Fristam FP pumps during operation. Double mechanical seals facilitate operation under evaporating conditions and prevent product contamination and environmental pollution in the form of product spillage. Fristam FP and RE pumps are fully suitable for CIP and can be sterilised. FP Sizes: 18 sizes, for system pressures up to 25 bar, discharge pressures up to 11 bar, and flow rates up to 500 m3/h.
