Pump based on linear technology

Shimozuki Trading offers pumps based on linear technology. Linear technology refers to the linear-motor-driven free piston system manufactured by Nitto Kohki, Japan. Salient features: Piston is the only moving part, efficient space utilisation makes the pump smaller and lighter; low noise level since there is no need for complicated transmission mechanisms riding on ball bearings, or actuating linkages; low vibration; clean operation - clean air since wearing surfaces use no oil, grease, or other contaminating lubricants; very low starting current enables the pump to produce immediate performance in quick short cycle applications; minimal pulsating effect; automatic pressure adjustment; low power consumption; longer durability due to the features listed above; and easy maintenance as replacement of the piston can be easily performed by simply removing the four screws holding the head cover in place. A completely oil-less construction is achieved through the combination of two elements: the superior abrasion resistance of the Teflon seals that cover the piston contact surfaces and the "air bearing effect" created by the air path design.
