These FRP gratings are suitable for most corrosive atmospheres such as offshore and coastal sites, chemical plants, metallurgical plants, pharmaceutical, food and drug industries, etc. They are ideally suitable for acidic and chlorine atmosphere, DM water plants, bio-towers, sea and salty environment, electroplating chemical environment, etc. Ercon pultruded FRP gratings are strong and can take heavy loads and are ideally suitable for making walkways, platforms, staircase, drainage channel covers for corrosive fuming effluents in industry or around swimming pools, inspection floors in tankage area or on scrubbers, absorption or distillation towers, etc. Ercon pultruded FRP gratings have high strength, good corrosion resistance, high electrical insulation and aesthetic finish. Ercon FRP gratings are available in 25 mm and 38 mm height, in various configurations suitable for 300 mm to 1500 mm support spans. These FRP gratings are fabricated as per customers’ required panel sizes to avoid any wastage. The gratings are available in isopthalic polyester and vinyl ester resins; also available in fire retardant variety. Standard colours are golden yellow and DA grey and other colours available on special request.
