PULLEYS

Jubilee Plastics offers Pulleys. It is used for transmitting power through V belts, flat belts, poly V belts and timing belts. It is with taper-bushes/ flanged taper bushes (QD type) or through bore type, and economically priced. Pulleys with taper-bushes do not require shaft shoulders, selection of fit, boring of pilot bores, keyways and keys for some normal operating conditions. The pulleys also do not require distance bushes and/ or end plates, extractors or pullers. Pulleys are having dimensions conforming to International standards and are made out of graded cast iron FG 260 as per IS 210 equivalent to GG 25 as per DIN 1691. Against specifications, customer specific pulleys are also manufactured from higher grade of cast iron FG 300/FG 400, spheroidal graphite iron (SG iron) cast steel MS or EN8 (C45), alloyed aluminium, etc.
