Progressive Lubrication System

Single-shot progressive lubrication system from Hi Tech Lubrication System, Faridabad, is a pump-based system meant for feeding grease to bearings and other moving parts of a machine. When the handle is pulled or operated through pneumatic cylinder, the suction port sucks the grease. While pushing the handle, the grease comes out under pressure through a check valve and is supplied to the grease pipelines through progressive block for positive distribution or with the help of mainifold blocks. The pump has a reservoir of 1.5-kg capacity, made of either acrylic or mild steel (as per customer"s requirement). A telltale rod indicates the level of grease getting filled in the reservoir, which can be replenished manually or by another pump. A 1/4-inch port is provided on the right hand side of the pump. The pump has an outlet port of 1/4-inch BSP on either side. Output pressure is 100 kg/cm2. Discharge of grease is 6 to 10 cc per stroke.
