V-Care Electronics offers Productivity monitoring system in association with Lenze Technologies for efficiency management. These PC based electronic systems can be installed for any category of industrial production; from individual machine to assembly line and different process lines. Application includes production monitoring, down time analysis, event counting, bearing/seal utilisation time, scrap analysis, etc. The software automatically records the events eliminating the erroneous manual entries through logbooks and generates powerful reports to take corrective measures. The data is transferred to excel sheet to generate user defined reports. There are three models: GIST I - A stand alone unit with 8 machine inputs and 12 user defined key inputs, has a 16 character 2 line alpha numeric LCD display; GIST II - Takes 32 potential free inputs (expandable up to 256 inputs); and GIST III - Takes 99 user defined manual inputs, has 20 character, 2 line alphanumeric display. All the units come with multi drop current loop serial interface and powerful software for data analysis and report generation.
