Process pumps, rubber lined

Shroff rubber lined pumps are designed to meet the requirements of a good acid handling pump. Available in a range of five models, these are developed with the main objective of attaining higher levels of corrosion resistance, durability and interchangeability. These pumps are simple and reliable in design and manufacture, with a good reputation among plant engineers. Uncomplicated design and rugged construction gives extended life to working components and ensure continuous efficient operation. The design permits maximum dimensional interchangeability between parts. Change of casing and impeller results in a new model of pumps, all other components being dimensionally interchangeable. These pumps are designed to cover the following: lining material - hard ebonite (natural rubber); other lining like Neoprene, Butyl, Hypalon, etc, on request; operating range - capacity up to 100 cu mt/hr; head up to 50 m (up to 5 kg/sq.cm pressure); construction - all wet end parts coming in contact with liquid pumped are either lined on cast iron or made from appropriate corrosion resistance non metallics; and, drive - can be arranged for a V belt drive or direct coupled from a motor mounted on a common base frame.
