These vessels are a low speed, medium shear style, with excellent mix disperse which offers a unique mixing action and a high rate of product turnover caused by the blades providing very efficient heat transfer capabilities. Heavy duty mixers designed are primarily utilised in industries that produce polymers/monomers, thermoplastics, silicones, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, epoxies, adhesives and propellants. Long term service in high viscosity mixing applications is a normal design feature for these mixers.
