PRESSURE REGULATOR

Diamond Engineering Works manufactures Pressure Regulator. It is designed for automatic reduction of pressure on the down streamside. The valve is provided with large diameter diaphragm, and diaphragm to seat area ratio, assuring minimum change in regulated pressure, resulting from supply pressure variations. Reliability provided by the puppet that assures bubble tight shut off with soft seat even at low pressure. A simple and reliable design with minimum numbers of parts been adopted to allow easy maintenance. It is with inlet (upstream) pressure 3000 PSIg to outlet (downstream) pressure range 0-1000 PSIg. Connections provided in screwed up to 1" BSP/ NPT (female). This valve is available in materials AISI 304, AISI 316, brass and other special grades. Optimal features are inlet, outlet pressure gauges port and safety valve for protection of diaphragm and downstream line.
