Pressed steel Radiators

Malvica Engineering manufactures Radiators in conformity with global standards for power and distribution transformers of rating of 1000 kVA up to 500 MVA and of voltage class 11 to 400 kV. The company also executes design and manufacture of custom made radiators. The standard construction of pressed steel radiators have following important features: T-weldable construction with bare pipe ends for direct welding on transformer tank; SF-flanged construction with square flange for mounting on the transformer tank through radiator valves; standard section width as per the customer"s requirement; length of header pipe extension 75 mm having 80 or 90 mm OD and 2 mm thickness; bracing straps made from 25?6 mm mild steel flats for each radiator; and a coat of heat resistant varnish inside and red oxide zinc chromate primer on the outside of thickness 35 microns. All radiators are pressure tested individually for leak proofing under water with air pressure at 2.0 kg/cm? for 30 minutes. The radiators are guaranteed for leak proofing against transformer oil at 105?C and 105 kg/cm? for 12 hours.
