Prefabricated Cages

Readymade Steel India Ltd (RMS), an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company, offers a range of Prefabricated Cages for project construction. Prefabricated cages are made by piecing together rebars and stirrups as per the structural drawings. Two connecting cages are aligned on ground before installation. This ensures that the cages fit perfectly during installation. The company was started in 2006 as a steel service provider to the infrastructure sector. Although the concept of prefabricated steel was prevalent in many parts of the world, it was not as widely known here in India. The company thus is among the pioneers of the concept of “Readymade Steel” in India. It provides customised, prefabricated steel for various infrastructure projects; and has provided prefabricated steel to certain landmark and prestigious projects. At RMS, reinforcement steels ranging from a diameter of 6 mm to 40 mm are cut and bend using state-of-the-art automated shearing lines and computerised stirrup making and bending machines. The software system used for cut and bend is one of the finest in India.
