This is an excellent value-for-money machine The bed is made of graded casting, all casting parts are manufactured in an in-house foundry. Features: high tensile strength cast iron, rigid construction of bed for taking maximum loads, bed type 2 V and 2 flat, perfect gap bed machine insuring the real works and hardened and ground bed ways. The head stock body is of latest special design with induction hardened and ground spindle of special alloy steel. All centrifugal running parts are well balanced. Back gear teeth are helix angle. The gearbox arrangement is for real time saving: quick-change gearbox providing changes of feeds and threads. There is a separate lead screw and feed shaft for threading pitch accuracy. The apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds, with T-slot on carriage for mounting. General features: graduation dial for tailstock and apron wheel movement; metric system micro collar for all screw and nut; tailstock sleeve is tang shank type for heavy drilling; and easy inter changeable parts.
