RGK Engineering Enterprises offers the new Digi Bore Precision Boring Tool from Wohlhaupter. Digi Bore provides direct traverse measurement with a digital display. This tool sets new standards in reliability and handling. By providing digital traverse measurements to the cutting edge, Digi Bore allows fast and accurate dimensional corrections at and in the machine. As a result, the reversal backlash of the adjustment mechanism does not affect the adjustment. This Wohlhaupter tool is good for fast and reliable setting up in one-off and batch production. An extensive, optimum selection of Digi Bore accessories with the latest cutting technology allows universal boring from 0.3 to 0.208 mm. The maximum speed is 16,000 RPM.
