The power roller stretch spool carriage with pre-stretch adjustable up to 300 percent is between two powered, textured rollers which ensure even stretch with minimum neck-down resulting in best economy for film consumption. Independent film tension adjustment enables over wrapping of heavy loads with more tension and light and fragile loads with less tension.
