Features: frame and ribbings are designed with the proper workmanship to ensure all alignments with the respects to distribute the balance and strength of machine; clutch is provided by hardened rolling key for easy and maintenance free working; high standards of dimensional accuracy is maintained for longer life and better performance; crank is made from alloy steel having carbon within, supported from both the sides to maintained its standard; it is supported by phosphor-bronze, proper lubrication grooves are made for very smooth working and long life; slides and ram - suitable surface grinding is done on both sides of slides as well as ram for longer life of die and to reduce were and tare; and quality control - boring of machines is done in hi-tech NC (Numeric Control) machines to get the optimum dimensional accuracy and longer life of power press.
