Malhotra Machine Tools offers Power Presses. These are manufactured under the favourable manufacturing conditions and cover a wide range of applications like blanking, forming, cutting, piercing, bending, punching, trimming, launching, forging etc. The frame is built from high quality tested plates and is built to absorb the heavy workload imposed on it. The frame is rugged, stress-relieved welded steel frame from high quality tested plate built to absorb the heavy work load imposed an application. Foundry section: a modernised in-house foundry at the factory is used for casting parts made of high-grade cast iron. The crankshaft is made from special steel to with stand the effective load, fitted in bushes with high accuracy. The flywheel is made of high grade cast iron, designed to generate the required energy. The flywheel rotates on anti friction bearing. Lubrication system is provided to lubricate the sliding surfaces and all the moving parts of press.
