Power Packs

Global Hydraulics offers Power Packs. It consists of oil tank with manholes, baffler and painted by polyurethane paint, filler breather, fluid level indicator, pump coupled with electrical motor by a flexible coupling, a solutions strainer, return line fitter, accumulator and other hydraulic accessories. The pump output goes to a manifold block, which has a relief valve, directional control valves and other control valves mentioned on it. The control valves are suitably interconnected in manifold block according to hydraulic circuitry, thereby achieving compaction, reduce noise level, easy accessibility for maintenance of all the valves. If required one can easily remove the valves from the block by loosening the mounting bolts. The pressure outlets are provided with enough space to dismantle the pipelines or hoses. These power packs are used in extrusion presses, chemical processing, rolling mills, earthmoving and material handling equipments, leather processing general engineering for automation. Features: custom built type standard and reputed hydraulic elements used; range -0.25 to 20 HP; flow - 1.2 to 175 LPM; pressure - 315 kg/cm² max; technically and commercially feasible solutions for specific needs; and problem free operations with high degree of reliability.
