Power guillotine shearing machine

Chawla Machine Tools offers "Tee" power guillotine shearing machines in under crank and over crank models manufactured under stringent quality control. The body is steel fabricated. The clutch is of rolling key type. The ram moves in taper guides with spacers provided facilitates easy adjustment of clearance between ram and table for cutting various thicknesses provided with 4 edged HC HC blades; and the spring loads hold down (for under crank)/spring loaded hold down with pressure arms (for over crank). The crankshaft runs in gunmetal bushes and fly shaft runs in ball bearings. Under crank models are available in thickness capacity of 4 mm (M.S.) in widths of 1.25 mts to 3.125 mts. Over crank models are available in thickness capacities of 6 mm to 13 mm (MS) in widths of 1.25 mts to 31.25 mts.
