Utcon Engineers offer Power & Free Conveyors. It is a combination of a powered system positioned over a free track. This is one of the most popular material handling system for heavy as well as medium weight components. This type of system has the capability if necessary of handling heavier loads than an ordinary powered system and has the versatility of allowing loads to accumulate, be stopped at workstations or be transferred to various areas for different manufacturing operations. This system can be power assisted or completely free for manual movement depending on the application. Features: quiet operation; versatile design; robust in construction; available with aluminium profile base or MS base; and rollers can be made with corrosion resistance/ rubber coated. Technical Specifications: length of the conveyors - no limit with intermediate drive; width - 100 to 1000 mm (or as per the requirement); speed of the conveyor - up to 10 metres/min; side rails - adjustable side rails; and type of roller - PU coated/ fully hardened/ chrome plated, rubberised, taper rollers.
