Power Conditioning Transformers

Sai Electricals offers Power Conditioning Transformers. These are used for problems related to power quality, such as: Isolation Transformers, Ultra-Isolation Transformers, Harmonic Compensation Transformers and Neutral Compensation Transformers. Isolation Transformers offer complete line isolation, electrical noise filter, common mode surge suppression, and eliminate harmonic triplins. The Harmonic Compensation Transformers provide dual output with a suitable phase-difference so that power supply to harmonic generating equipment is evenly distributed to ensure self-cancellation of harmonics. Total harmonic distortion (THD) is maintained within permissible limits. The Neutral Compensation Transformers are zigzag wound and connected between phase and neutral, to control neutral currents and provide a stable neutral. The Ultra-Isolation and Neutral Compensation Transformers find regular applications in protecting sensitive equipments in telecommunication, medical diagnostic, CNC, and UPS systems. The Harmonic Compensation Transformers are useful in loads extensively using power electronics, thyristors, rectifiers, AC and DC drives, where total harmonic distortion is high.
