Emax JC Maxita is a manual powder application equipment designed to meet the exacting requirements demanded in powder coating industry. The design is user-friendly extending to all equipment components. Maxita is an integrated gun with an in-built HV generator and cascade, and comes with unique touch switch trigger operation. The basic configuration comprises of an integrated gun, monitor and powder control panel, fluidising hopper and a mini sample hopper. The monitor and powder control panel houses flow meters for powder and airflow, bar graph for HV display and HV tip indicator. The circuitry incorporates fold back and HV can be varied smoothly with infinitely variable potentio meter. High transfer efficiency, low air consumption, better fluidisation and smooth powder feed are the salient features of Maxita.
