Unipack offers Pouch Packing, Bottle Filling & Dosing Machines. The Model UP203 is an automatic form-fill and sealing machine for packing granules/snack foods. Unipack offers a range of automatic and semi -automatic type of machines suitable for packing products in pouches. The solid-state electronic controls ensures trouble-free performance. All contact parts are made of food grade stainless steel. Specifications: speed - 14 80 packs/min, depending on pouch size, dosage and model of machine; pouch size - 50 mm x 60 mm to 225 mm x 380 mm; dosage per pouch - 2 gm to 2 kg, depending on model of machine; electric supply - 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase AC; power consumption - 2.6 kW/hr for basic machine; and filling accuracy - ?0.5 to ?1.2%, depending on the product. Filling units such as volumetric filler, auger filler or weigh filler can be incorporated depending on the product to be filled. Just adjusting a knob on the control panel can vary the speed of the machine. Unipack machines can handle any heat sealable film such as LDPE, HMHD, polyester poly, BOPP poly, etc, up to 550-gauge thickness in the form of sheet rolls.
