Positioning Controller

Purnima Enterprises offers Embedded processor based PLC control. Features: 20 characters x 4 lines backlit LCD display with 16/24 keys keypad for man machine interface (connected to main PLC via RS232 port); drives three stepper motors simultaneously up to a speed of 3000 RPM at no load; load speed varies as per the load conditions; PC interface possible on com port; 6 digit password protection for settings; two end limit inputs (home and overrun) for each motor; clock, direction and enable outputs for each motor; independent maximum speed, acceleration and ball screw pitch setting for each motor; non volatile memory to store 8000 co-ordinates, depending on application; co-ordinates entry by simple numeric editor or using teach-in-mode; 8 user configurable I/Os; two user settable outputs linked to co-ordinates; and input supply 230 V AC, 50 Hz. Application: three axis positioning, packaging, 3-axis CNC for soft materials, printing, machine automation, etc.
