Portable magnetic base auto drill machine

Mahendra Industries offers Portable magnetic base auto drill machine manufactured by Nitto (Japan). The product offers high performance mechanism and high tech components, features easy clutch handle for switchover from auto to manual operation. It is capable of allowing a single person to do two men"s drilling job, thus resulting in great savings. The drilling capacity ranges from 12 to 100 mm dia in up to 75 mm thick MS/SS plates. Cutters replacement is quick and easy with unique push fit self-centring cutters system. By utilising a bearing, drill misalignment is minimised, thus offering maximum cutter life. Coolant into the heart of the cut is fed directly to the inside of the cut. If any lateral movement or excess vibration is detected, a further sensor shuts down both the drill and feed motor. The drill will not re-start even if power is resumed after accidental shut down. This drill machine can make hole with in 50 seconds in a 75 mm thick plate. Carbide tipped/HSS cutters are available in 25, 35, 50 and 75 mm length, dia up to 100 mm. Single pass cutting needs no pilot hole. Applications: on- site hole-cutting in steel plates, H-beams shapes, shaped bars, framework and other machinery, shipbuilding, bridges and structures, steel reinforcements and construction materials, heavy fabrication jobs, etc.
