Dust particles are sucked in using a flexible pipe, which pass through the blower and move upwards towards a cyclonic entry of the dust separator. Filtration of dust is carried out in either a single big fabric bag or most preferably in a pleated cartridge of polyester with large filtration area mounted separately. The dust is collected in a bottom section container with a capacity of 240 litres, which moves easily on two large built-in dolly wheels. Air escapes through cartridge or filter bag back into the atmosphere. Cleaning is effected by manual shaking or using dry compressed air from outside. The arrangement is such that an outer body is not necessary for dust filtration providing a cost-effective solution. The blower is provided with either a 2 HP or 3 HP electric motor. Accessories like collection nozzles, hoods and extraction arms could also be provided.
