Portable bevelling machines with flange facing

PTM manufactures portable pipe bevelling machines to cover pipe OD range from l9f ID to 240f OD. Two models are available: Model PTB 1, with depth control range 19-32 mm; and Model PTB 3, range 90-240 mm. These machines are manufactured with in-built air motors, and produce bevel angles primarily through use of form cutters. Model PTB 3 can be fitted with single point machining/flange facing attachment for pipe thickness above 25 mm and flange facing up to 500f mm. These machines find applications in situ pipe bevelling, project sites, heat exchange manufacture/repair, offshore sites and petrochemical plants. These machines are designed to take care of extremely tight tolerance in automated/orbital welding techniques for tube sheets, plants and flanges. The company also manufactures these machines to special designs to solve "Weld Prep Problems". Range of products: die grinders, used with mounted point wheels and rotary burrs; straight grinders up to 150 mm wheel size; angle grinders up to 230 mm wheel size; buffers and sanders; drills up to 12 mm drilling capacity in steel; tapping machines up to 12 mm capacity in steel; impact wrenches; rotary and needle scalers; air motors, etc.
