Resource Engimech offers Poly Expanders. It is designed to remove wrinkles without angular stretching bow roller without bow. It is a solution for thin film where friction coefficient and tensile strength is low. Cord type design achieves ideal expansion for relatively wide variety of material. Allows dynamic setting to adjust process on the machine. The amount of spreading is adjusted on each side with separate cam to avoid stretching in the centre. Each cord expands as it comes in contact with web and contracts back after it leaves the contact. Specifications: material - cords - polyurethane, pipe - aluminium pipe and journals - alloy steel; available sizes - outer dia 90 and 140 mm; length - 500 mm onwards; options - gear drive mechanism, optional mounting - foot mounted or flange mounted.
