Thane-based Jayshanti Marketing manufactures pneumatic feeders, developed in a modular way for automatic feeding of metallic and non-metallic strips including paper, plastic, fibre, wires, tubing, extruded materials. The normal series has rigid steel construction with two/four bolt clamping. Models up to 1200mm wide, 15mm thick, and 1200 mm pitch/stroke length are available. It uses the principle of dual air valve system that assures the correct clamping/feeding sequence, essential to eliminate problems such as marring, budding and distorting materials through the feeder.
