Pneumatic/hydro-pneumatic presses

Amis Engg Works manufactures various types of pneumatic and hydro-pneumatic presses for application in engineering industries. These presses are economical as they use only compressed air at 5-6 kg/cm? pressure. Operations are very fast and no complicated hydraulic power packs and other expensive components are used. These presses are widely used in: electronic industry, refrigeration industry, LPG valves and cylinder industry, entertainment electronics, wire and cable industry, battery industry, general engineering industry. Applications are: crimping, clamping, squeezing, straightening, riveting, drawing, bending, coining, marking, blanking, punching, shearing and many more. The hydro pneumatic presses have fast approach and fast retraction with power stroke of 6 mm or 12 mm depending on requirement. These hydro pneumatic presses are available from one tonne to maximum 30 tonnes. The company can design and manufacture these presses from 200 kg to 30 tonnes depending upon customer requirements. These presses can be in C-frame, 2-pillar and 4-pillar designs depending upon the application. These presses can also be made to run on automatic cycles when automatic feeding arrangements are provided. All presses use compressed air as the input source of energy, which is safe and economical. There is no oil to be handled no pumps and no tank, etc, therefore the presses are easy to operate and maintain.
