Joshi & Jampala offers Pneumatic Silo Feeders & Automatic Bag Splitters. It is available in mobile and fixed models. Its advantages are: no powder loss - clean working environment; bag handling is reduced, material from truck can directly be fed to the silo; mechanical simplicity ensures easy installation with all material feeding systems; The bag splitter can be fed manually or from a conveyor belt inside the hopper; bags are first split, and then transferred to the rotary screen where they remain for a time depending on the type of materials involved. The bags, now free from contents, are removed from the machine by adjustable blades; the material contained in the bags falls through the screen into a collector. From here it can be fed to silo by pneumatic conveyor of various capacities or material can be transferred to silos using vertical feed screws or bucket lifts depending on application, location and material. The splitter has dust collection system to collect fine powder particles. Periodically material from filter bags is reintroduced in the bottom collector for further transfer.
