Prakash Joshi & Company offers Pneumatic Saws. It is also used as a filer. Its weight is approximately 800 gm. It is very useful for fibreglass moulded sheets/ components trimming operation. It is used for light duty applications. Up to 6 mm thick FRP sheet can be cut with any standard hacksaw blade. It is generally used for fibreglass moulding, die manufacturing and precision deburring applications. Other pneumatic tools are Light duty belt sander weighing approx 700 gm suitable for belt size 10 mm width x 300 mm length, useful for deburring of small components; Micro high-speed grinder 3 mm collet, 58000 RPM, useful for die finishing and polishing operations; Light duty sander (BSO-17), 17000 RPM (approx weight 1 kg, 125 sanding disc), useful for light duty sanding/ polishing operations.
