Quality Air Tools offers Pneumatic Jigsaw, Model APJS-10. This pneumatic jigsaw is a reciprocating tool with liner piston mechanism. The length of the stroke is 10 mm. The frequency of strokes is @ 8000 times per minute. It can use ordinary hand hacksaw blades, cut into pieces of 100 mm length. It can cut steel sheets up to 3 mm thickness. It can also cut plywood, plastic, FRP sheets up to 7 mm thickness. With a proper TPI blade, excellent cutting results are obtained. The cut is smooth and burr free and cuffing action is fast. The shape of the tool facilitates cuffing sheets on a table. Straight type pneumatic saw APS-10 is also available. All the spare parts are easily available.
