IEC House manufactures High-Speed Pneumatic Grinders & Sanders. It is light in weight and compact in size. It has multi-vane air motor and are useful in material removal, sanding and other related operations. It delivers high speed and power for precise finishing and quick removal of metal. The spindle is supported by two ball bearings at its front end for heavy duty application. These grinders are equipped with collet chucks to hold abrasive mounted points and rotating burrs. These versatile grinders are widely used in various areas, such as die making, deburring cleaning of castings, pattern making, removing seams and incrustations, sharpening of drill bits, matching and blending of welds. It is equipped with quick action constant speed governor to maintain optimum cutting speed under varying loads. By varying the tilt of the vertical grinder, cuffing action can be effectively controlled. These grinders are used to remove high weld spots, head metals, bevelling and finishing edges, in fabrication shop and foundries. Air sanders are very useful in preparation of surface and are widely used for removing rust, scales, burrs, paints and finishing of sheet metal components.
