Pneumatic Grinders

ITA Technologies offers Pneumatic grinders. This include die-grinders with free speed of 22000 and 32000 RPM in steel and aluminium body construction with collet sizes of 3 mm (1/8"), 6 mm and 6.35 mm (1/4"). Heavy-duty straight die-grinders are made up of aluminium gravity die-cast body and rotary on-off throttle for easy operation and operator comfort. Application includes all types of deburring, internal grinding of tubes, die-grinding, engraving including usages in holes, shoulders, cavities in castings. All types of mounted point grinding wheels, carbide burs, abrasive sleeves with rubber mandrels, mops, etc, can be used with all these die grinders. Also available are micro die grinders (pen-size) having 70,000 RPM with 3 mm collet. Angle grinders are available in 4" and 7" wheel capacities both in vertical and right angular body constructions. Removal of rough material and cutting-off requires high power. Angle grinders are sturdy, with powerful air motor and light in weight. The SG iron cylinder gives longer service life and the governor keeps the speed constant during grinding operation for higher and uniform material removal. All varieties of depressed centre wheels, cut-off wheels, wire-brushes and cup-wheels can be used with angle grinders.
