Pneumatic filer

Pneumatic Filer is a tool that can be used for deburring of the cut edges and sharp corners of sheet metals and other material. High frequency and short length enables fast filing in intricate places. This tool has stroke length of 10 mm, with 8,000 to 10,000 number of strokes/min, and has weight of only 800 gm. Any shape of file such as triangular, round, half round, square and flat, up to 100 mm length can be used. This can be used for deburring of intricate castings, cut edges, sharp corners, gear teeth, enlargement of drilled holes, etc.
