Pneumatic feeders

Installing a feeder on the press does not just mean choosing a pneumatic clamp for feeding the material. One has to select the right feeder to enhance productivity. Suku Controls offers pneumatic feeders with precision accuracy to the tune of 20 microns. The choice ranges from light services for thin materials at fast speed, medium and heavy series for thicker material - Alfa, Beta and Gamma with double/triple pulling cylinder and other series under development. These feeders are compact, rigid and of strong structure with negligible wear characteristic. They are durable in Indian working conditions, and quiet during operation. Low air consumption makes them more economical because it saves electricity. Construction features: all items, which are subjected to sliding motion or shocks, are extra hardened or hard-chrome plated. The cylinder liners are in hardened brass. Very strong front and rear shock absorbers guarantee a very high stroke or feed accuracy. Feed accuracy of ?0.07 is assured. It is possible to realise special guides on the sliding plates for the feeding of special profiles. On request, hardened plates or plates in plastic strips or magnetic strips can be supplied. Strong sliding guides, hardened and ground, are used in these feeders. The feed pitch adjustment is very easy. It is enough to shift the rear stop block into the different groves on the guides. Suku feeders are used for the production of sheet metal parts, like relays, gaskets, saws, clutch plates, locks, hinges, stampings and laminations, watch and watch parts, etc. where the production required is in large quantity. All existing power presses can be retrofitted with these feeders and saves the valuable raw material and cost of press operators.
