PNEUMATIC CONTROL VALVES

Precision Controls offers Pneumatic Control Valves. It meets specific requirements and operating parameters for controlling pressure, flow, levels, temperature, pH, etc. It has applications in: sugar industries, paper mills, rubber industries, power plants, chemical and fibres plants, oil and refineries, textiles, steel, dairies and distilleries, pharmaceuticals, food and packaging industries, agro products, hospitals and many others. Specifications: sizes available - 15 NB, 20 NB, 25 NB, 40 NB, 50 NB, 80 NB, 100 NB, 150 NB 200 NB; body materials - carbon steel (A216 Gr WCB), Cr Mo steel (A217 Gr WC6)/ SS (CF8M) also available; end connections - flanged/ butt weld able; trim design - parabolic-linear/ equal % characteristics, other special designs on request, e.g., perforated trims/ pressure balanced plug/ perforated plug/ 2 step perforation for high pressure drops; bonnet - standard/ extended cooling fins (for high temperatures); and rangeability - 40:1. Special KVs and specially designed plugs such as pressure balanced plug/ perforated plugs/ silencer plates/ 2-3 step perforated/ parabolic design; and soft seating available. Valves are available with hand-wheel option. Also available actuators: pneumatic, diaphragm and spring operated, air-to-open, air-to-close, in three different sizes.
