Pneumatic Angle Valves

Advance Systems Controls offers Pneumatic Angle Valve. This is available with cylinder actuator - standard duty valves used for all general applications such as air, water, steam, gas, coolant water, vacuum, contaminated or viscous fluid, mild acid and alkalies which are non-injurious to the wetted parts. Additional fittings: proximity or limit switches for On/Off indications. Applications: food processing, textile, autoclaves, air dryers, pharmaceuticals. Solenoids can also be installed directly on the valve. Specifications: size - 1/2" to 2" (15 mm to 50 mm); body pressure rating: as per ANSI Class 300; bonnet pressure rating - ASTM 351 CF8 (SS 304) 351 CF8M (SS 316), in investment casting; body test pressure - 25 bar hydraulic, self-compensating PTFE up to 200°C; trim - AISI SS 304; end connection - female threaded to BSP or NPT/flanged ends; spindle - SS 304 ground, etc. Pneumatic actuator: body - die cast aluminium alloy; actuator spring - IS4454 Gr 111; actuator working pressure - 2-7 bars; valve position indicator - metallic, provided on the top; life of the valve - 3 million cycles; operation media - air lubricated; air quality - to improve the life expectancy of actuator lubricated air will be; and double acting actuator - valve operates under positive pressure and minimum pressure to the actuator will reduce due to elimination of spring.
