Plunger pump, high pressure

Richier Corporation has developed a high-pressure plunger pump. The maximum operational pressure developed is 2500 bar. The flow rate of the pump (maximum) is 300 ltr/min. The pump plungers are hardened and chrome plated/ceramic coated for longer life. The cylinder is of SS 304, the valves are wing type and finely lapped for 0% leakages. Seals are of special design to withstand very high pressures. The pump is finely designed and rugged in construction and is guaranteed for longer life at the customer"s environments. The power end is totally immersed in oil. The crankshaft is of forged EN-24 machined from a solid bar. The main applications are : Boiler feed CO2 handling, chemical injection, high pressure cleaning, hydrostatic testting, salt water disposl, sewer clening, steam water flooding, salt water disposal, sewer cleaning, steam water flood generation, transfer pumping water flood, agriculture, energy industry, mining chemical industry.
