Features: 5 point toggle clamping system in steel; Hydraulic ejector through plate with multiple ejector cycles up to 9 strokes; Injection movement is actuated by two hydraulic cylinders for perfect alignment to the clamp unit; Gas nitride screw barrel with standard I/ D ratio; Injection speed, pressure and holding time profile on 7 steps; Cold start protection; Protection valves for pressure and delivery control with electronic feed-back; Screw drive by medium speed high torque motor; Low pressure mould protection; Suction and delivery oil filter; Ceramic bend heater; Linear scale for stroke settings of injection and mould opening/ closing. Optional features: Core pulling system; Air ejector; Double color attachment; Water battery for mould cooling; Variable displacement pump; Hopper dryer and loader.
