Plate filtration units, high efficiency

Diaflow Valves offers a range of high efficiency plate filtration units in injection-moulded polypropylene. These are ideal for electroplating, metal finishing and electronic industries. The units are engineered to provide economical removal of solids or organic impurities from corrosive chemicals. The filter cloth is reusable. Features: one piece solid injection moulded PP filter chamber excellent for chemical resistance and sturdy to use in continuous temperature up to 70?C; precision moulded PP filter plates designed for higher efficiency, maximum durability and flow; no metal parts in filter unit; powder coated steel clamps for air tight and leak proof connections; simple sturdy powder coated steel trolley; filter unit coupled to all moulded field proven polypropylene pump with internal mechanical seal assuring high pressure and discharge; and vertical flanged type motor recommended for the pump. Available in three models - simplex, duplex and triplex.
