Machine Tools & Equipments offers Plate Bending Rollers. These are available in the range of bending of plates up to 6000 mm width and thickness up to 55 mm. The machines are built on heavy-duty all steel fabricated frames to provide firm foundations to the rollers and also to provide rigidity and strength to the machine. Forged steel rolls are accurately machined and ground to perfect diameters to provided error free bending of plates. Heavy-duty reduction gearbox transmits the power from the motor to all the rolls with the help of train gears effortlessly and provides a jerk free movement to the same. The rolls are running in specially designed PB/gun metal journals for long life. The machines can be provided in three rolls or four rolls version with pre - pinching facilities for bending of perfect cylindrical jobs and pipes. With four decades of experience and state-of-the-art manufacturing unit with experienced and qualified engineers, well equipped mother machineries and excellent in house test facilities, the company ensures machines leaving the factory are duly tested for trouble- and maintenance-free services.
