Process Precision Instruments offers PID Process Controllers, N-102. It is a 100% indigenous universal controller with 4 Ramp and 4 Soak profile features, meant for satisfying the control and automation requirements of pharma, chemical and steel sectors. It is available in 48 x 48 mm dimension. It offers versatile application suitability for process plants. It can be used in unidirectional (heat or cool mode) or bi-directional (heat-cool PID), applications with ±0.25% accuracy and 4 Ramp-4 Soak profile. The user gets the flexibility of universal input selection in terms of RTD/ thermocouple (all types) and DC linear. Its PID control output is also universal and field configurable in terms of relay/ SSR/ DC linear (without jumper setting). Additional (relay/ SSR) output can be configured as PID/ alarm or re-transmission. N-102 also offers RS485/ Modbus RTU protocol for PC interface.
