PID Controller

The PID Controller, X48 is available with accurate auto tune and PID algorithms. It has a universal input with transmitter supply, up to three relay outputs, and one isolated analogue (current/voltage) output for control or retransmission. It has an RS485 serial port with MODBUS RTU protocol. This has a large number of user programmable parameters, including input type, input range, unit, direct/reverse outputs, digital filter, display bias, six alarm types, two control types, manual PID constants, etc. It can be tuned from cold start, or at set point. It has bump less auto/manual transfer. The plastic panel mount enclosure is 48 x 48 x 112 mm. The plug-in construction allows instantaneous field replacement without affecting the terminal wiring. This controller has an 85 to 265 V AC SMPS, and is also available with 20 to 30 V DC power supply. Also available are versions in 96 x 96, 96 x 48, 48 x 96, 72 x 72 mm and pipe and wall mounting flameproof and weatherproof enclosures.
